Intercessory Prayer

Margaret Allen; Nona Anderson, mother of Melissa Cook; James Ray Baker, husband of Jane Powers Baker; Hazel Bell, grandmother of Brian Bell continues to need prayers, as her physical health deteriorates; Christy Bryant, daughter of Gene Whitt, has stabilized but keep her in your prayers; Flossie Cook; Sissy Crocker; Frances Holland; Ray Holland; George Hollis, brother of Sissy Crocker; Tom & Joy Holt, parents of Brenda Ward; Janie Horton is recovering from dental treatments;  Jody Keymon severely hurt his back and needs prayers for a full recovery; he is making some progress toward healing; Jody & Beverly Keymon continue to ask our prayers concerning God’s plan for their family; William Latham, father of Tony Latham, is experiencing some difficulty recovering from a recent fall; nothing was broken, but he has not gained back his energy to the level before the fall; Doris Knight continues to have some dental health problems; Karin Manning; Danny Martin,; Wes & Jean McCaskill, Wes is now having difficulty walking and sometimes uses crutches and a wheelchair;  J. T. McDonald; Julion & Carolyn Peacock; Jean Powers returned to the hospital for a few days this week; Don Rummage remains in the hospital; continue praying for him; Shirley Rummage continues to recover from surgery on her knee; Mike Sullivan is improving, but is not fully recovered from his health problems; Barbara Tolley continues to need our prayers for the healing of her right shoulder; Jerry Ward; and The Family of Billy Wayne White need our prayers following his recent death;

Please pray for John Latham & Jennifer Boyd (June 17); and for Patrick Adams & Brandi Mauldin (July 28), as their wedding dates approach.

28    12:00 pm Homecoming Meal at the church and Cemetery Decoration Day. The church will provide the meat. Add-a-dish will complete the meal. A brief memorial service on the cemetery grounds will follow (weather permitting).There will be no Discipleship Training or Evening Worship at the church.

Jeremy Keymon and Jody Keymon will team coach the softball games this summer. The last day to sign up will be Sunday, May 28. The cost this year will remain $10.00 per person. Sponsors are available for those who would like to play but who do not have the money. Notify Jeremy or Jody if you need a sponsor. The fee provides the umpires for the league. Notification of your first practice will come from Jeremy and Jody.
